Trophy Signature Homes was founded in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX in 2018. In 2024, it announced its expansion to Houston, TX. Houston, the fourth most populous city in the U.S, was the largest homebuilding market with the most new home construction in 2023. We are excited about Houston and plan to open our first community in late summer of 2025.
Since 2012, CB JENI Homes has proudly built new townhomes in premium Dallas-Fort Worth locations for lifestyle-conscious homebuyers. CB JENI Homes was founded to provide new home options for an underserved portion of the market: those looking to buy moderately-sized homes (whether first-timers or those moving down) with beautiful architecture, low maintenance and a level of service and professionalism that puts them at ease. Today, the award-winning brand has grown to become one of DFW’s largest townhome builders, both in locations and units sold.
