Mr. Samuel joined Green Brick in 2018 as the National Vice President of Land. In March 2025, Mr. Samuel was promoted to Executive Vice President of Land and continues to oversee the land acquisition and development activities of Green Brick and its subsidiary builders. Before joining Green Brick Partners, Mr. Samuel served as the Vice President of Land for the Dallas-Fort Worth Division of a large public homebuilder. His experience also includes serving as a civil engineering consultant and client manager with a national engineering firm and Director of Land Development for a Dallas-Fort Worth private residential developer.
Mr. Samuel received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, his M.B.A. from Texas Christian University, and holds a professional engineering license in the State of Texas.
